She started her own serious fitness journey as an adult and even competed (and won!) in figure competitions in her 50s, proving it’s never too late to achieve amazing fitness goals.
Paula’s approach is motivational, warm, and understanding. She knows the challenges busy adults face – from finding time for workouts to dealing with aches and pains – and she’s here to guide you through them. With years of experience in training clients of all ages and her background in competition-level fitness, Paula can tailor programs from basic strength building to advanced contest prep.
